Moving Well in Nature's Gym - A Round Up of the latest Term on the Beach

As we finish the latest term, it's the perfect time to pause and soak in what has been a truly stunning May on the beach.
We've been incredibly lucky with the weather - the early morning sessions sometimes completely distracting us with the calm and reflections on the water. There's nothing quite like training with sand under your toes, salt in the air and those breathtaking Cornish scenes. It's hard not to feel lifted and inspired.
I want to also celebrate the effort of everyone who has shown up. The commitment and consistency you've all brought has been amazing. We've seen gains in overall fitness, strength and general improvement in the way we move. This kind of focussed, mindful movement may seem simple on the surface, but it challenges the body (and the mind) in ways that really pay off long term.
And, for anyone who's been thinking of joining Beachfit - now is the time. The beach is at its best, the energy is high, and there's something truly special about moving together outdoors. Whether you are looking to build strength, find your rhythm, or just enjoy being active in a beautiful space, there's a place for you.
