Beachfitter of the Year 2025

This year I felt genuinely privileged to award Beachfitter of the Year to the lovely Louise.

Louise is, frankly, a legend. She's been coming to Beachfit on and off for years, always showing up in all weathers and staying committed to her fitness. There was one session that sticks in my mind where I thought, 'this is ridiculous Milly, Go home' but then Louise showed up and we got through a howling gale together!

She reminds me how much can be achieved when we listen to our body and to our life as a whole - that our demands change as we move through different chapters, and it's all about finding what works for you and what makes you happy.

She's incredibly strong (I often try to hold her back!) but truly, nothing stops Louise. I look up to her a lot.

A very worthy recipient indeed.
