All-year-round group fitness with a view.
Train outdoors on the beach with sessions designed to build strength, fitness and confidence at every level. Using bodyweight, portable equipment and the natural environment, you’ll get energising full-body workouts in fresh sea air, alongside a supportive community.

Please note that Headtorches will be required for the dawn sessions.

All sessions must be pre-booked and last approx. 45 minutes.​​
This term the prices are as follows (6 week term)
12 sessions for £90 (with any extra add on sessions at £7.50 within the term)
6 sessions for £48 (with any extra add on sessions at £8 within the term)
If joining part way through a term please contact me.

Drop In = £10
Bring your teens for a drop in session - Just £5 per teen.

Newcomers are welcome at any point during each Term.

Location: Porthminster Beach Mor Holan Sauna with approx. 7km run.
Price: £20 pp (10% discount for Beachfitters with block bookings)

Meet at Gilberts. All equipment provided. Bring your family along.
Drinks provided for all wonderful litter pickers at Gilberts after courtesy of the Hayle North Quay Team.

2026 RUNNING GROUP​
6 week block starting Wed 25th FEB 2026 at 10.30am
Who: This is for people wanting to improve and add variation to their running and to bring people together. This group is for people who can mostly run 5km at 11-12.5min miles (or thereabouts). If unsure please contact me.
Max 7 people.
Location: Hayle (road and trails)
Price: £45 for 6 weeks (£40 for Beachfitters)
