BEACHFIT
​​All year round group fitness sessions with a view, programmed to work EVERY person to a fitter, stronger self. Using bodyweight, portable equipment and the natural environment to provide a great all over body strength and cardio workout. Come and join us outside on this beautiful beach, make new friends and see great results.
