All-year-round group fitness with a view.
Train outdoors on the beach with sessions designed to build strength, fitness and confidence at every level. Using bodyweight, portable equipment and the natural environment, you’ll get energising full-body workouts in fresh sea air, alongside a supportive community.

All sessions must be pre-booked and last approx. 45 minutes.​​

 

This term the prices are as follows (7 week block)

8 sessions for £64

16 sessions for £120 

ADD ON £8 per session

If joining part way through a term please contact me.

Drop In = £12

Bring your teens for a drop in session - Just £5 per teen.

Newcomers are welcome at any point during each Term.

BEACHFIT EVENTS - open to everyone

2026 RUNNING GROUP​

7 week block starting Wed 3rd JUNE 2026 at 10.30am

Who: This is for people wanting to improve and add variation to their running and to bring people together. This group is for people who can mostly run 5km at 11-12.5min miles (or thereabouts).  If unsure please contact me.

Max 8 people.

Location: Hayle (road and trails)

Price: £49 for 7 weeks
