We talk a lot about showing up for our Beachfit sessions — and for good reason. The effort, consistency, and community are something special.


But here’s a gentle reminder: what you do between sessions is just as important. It’s easy to think that movement only “counts” if it’s in a structured workout.


But your body doesn’t see it that way. Whether it’s a session on the sand, a brisk walk to the shop, stretching while the kettle boils, or choosing the scenic route on your dog walk — it all matters.


Our bodies are made to move, often and in many different ways. If you’ve ever left a session feeling looser, stronger, or more focused, imagine what adding in a few extra moments of movement each day could do for you over time.

So how can you weave more movement into your day?

• Walk where you can, even if it’s just around the garden or along the dunes.
