On Friday 24th November Beachfit took over The Cove Cafe, a wonderful place which overlooks the beach where we train.
With the wonderful James Dixon playing on the guitar we were treated to delicious food and wonderful service. There was much laughter and a little dancing!
It felt so great to have this really fantastic group of women (+ Billy!) all together. You are all such great company and I am chuffed to be able to bring you together under one roof to celebrate that. Thank you.
