Fitness and Breathwork Session 26th March 2025 - Open to everyone
Breathe – Begin to build awareness of both the breath and the body, learning how to breathe better.
Move – Use these concepts with movement in mind during your guided 45 minute functional fitness session with two expert coaches.
Recover – following a cool down there will be a full introduction to functional breathing. The way you breathe affects every system in your body. Discover how to breathe effectively for any situation. Practice down regulation techniques to slow down, breathe and reset.
Outdoors – moving your practice outside encourages you to connect with and embrace the natural environment.
This session will be up to 90 minutes long.
