Once you have completed a block of Personal Training with me, you may wonder how you can sustain this progress on a more affordable scale.  I also offer continued support by means of programming and once a month* in person check ins.  This enables you to work out in the environment that you are familiar and comfortable with, with support if it is required and with a programme to follow.
