Hi, I am Milly! I am a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, also a Mum and outdoors enthusiast based in Hayle, Cornwall. I exercise for the joy it brings me, for the physical and mental benefits.
My personal preferences for exercise are ocean based sports, running on trails, anything that feels like a mini adventure, a bit of an escape. With this in mind, I developed Beachfit to bring fitness and mini adventures into our everyday.
I feel most happy when I am moving my body and have learnt how best to build the foundations of strength training and mobility into my week to support my sporting endeavours and my daily life.

My journey as a fitness coach (personal trainer since 2010), has seen me work with numerous people, helping people to learn, grow and understand the empowerment of looking after their bodies and the positive effects that fitness has to the whole person. I like to encourage others to see how uplifting the outdoors can be for them too, especially given the beautiful location in which we live. L

I am passionate to help people discover that fitness is accessible to all. I train people to feel happy about themselves, healthy and strong.

I work with a wide range of people…beginners, people returning to exercise after some time off, cardio junkies who need strength training coaching, paddlers, surfers and anybody who wants guidance on their fitness journey to help them smash their goals and feel great.
